Please ensure all original security tags and certifications are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box along with the authenticity certificate and invoice, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

  Complimentary Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a secure, insured courier pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our gemologists verify the item's condition and stone settings, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
